Gang User Agreement

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Gang. By using Gang, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts and Security

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not impersonate others, obtain access through deceptive means, or transfer an account without authorization.

2. Community Conduct

Use Gang lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit or engage in content or conduct that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. Do not infringe intellectual-property or other rights, distribute malicious material, spam others, evade restrictions, or interfere with the service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You grant Gang a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the service, honor your choices, protect users, and enforce this agreement.

Content may be removed or restricted when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, protection of rights, or enforcement of this agreement.

4. Reports, Blocking, and Enforcement

You may use available reporting and blocking controls or contact us about content or conduct. Gang may review reports and take proportionate action, including restricting content or access, when reasonably necessary to address violations, safety concerns, legal requirements, or risks to users and the service.

5. Gang Materials

Gang names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to this agreement, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Gang for lawful purposes.

6. Purchases and Virtual Items

Optional purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to the terms shown at purchase and Apple's applicable policies. Virtual items are licensed for use within Gang, have no cash value, are not transferable outside the service, and do not expire. Refund requests are handled through Apple's applicable process.

7. Availability and Account Actions

Gang may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Access may be restricted for violations of this agreement, risks to users or the service, or legal requirements. You may stop using Gang or delete your account through the available account controls.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Gang is provided with reasonable care but may not always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. User content reflects the views of its respective authors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach of legal duty. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

9. Changes and General Terms

This agreement may be updated to reflect legal, safety, or service changes. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate notice before they take effect when required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
